Delete your account and data
Instructions for deleting accounts in MatheIN The Learning Company UK Ltd products, mobile apps, and white-label app brands.
This page applies to MatheIN-managed products and app brands, including NCLEX with Fr. Josis and future white-label apps operated, published, hosted, or supported by MatheIN The Learning Company UK Ltd.
All MatheIN-managed apps provide account deletion from the same account area inside the app.
How to Delete From Inside the App
- Open the app and sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Go to My Account.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Select Delete My Account.
- Read the warning message and confirm deletion.
What Will Be Deleted
When your deletion request is completed, we delete or anonymise account data associated with the app account, including:
- Your user profile, such as name, email address, and profile photo.
- Learning activity, course access records, progress, assessments, practice results, and app usage records tied to your account.
- Uploaded files or user content connected to your account, where applicable.
- Stored customer or billing references linked to your account, where deletion is permitted by law and payment-processing requirements.
Data We May Need to Retain
Some records may be retained for a limited period where required for legal obligations, financial records, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or compliance. Where retention is required, access is restricted and the data is kept only for the necessary period.
If You Cannot Sign In
If you cannot access the app or cannot use the in-app deletion option, request deletion by email:
- Email support@matheinlearning.com from your registered email address.
- Use the subject line Delete my account.
- Include your full name, the app name, and the email address used in the app.
We may ask for information to verify that you are the account holder before deleting the account.
